How far in advance should I book party rentals in Denver or Grand County?
For peak season events especially summer weddings, Fourth of July parties, and Labor Day gatherings we recommend booking 2 to 6 months in advance. For smaller events or off-season dates, 4 to 6 weeks is typically sufficient. The earlier you reserve, the more flexibility you’ll have with inventory selection and delivery scheduling.
What is included in the rental price?
Our quoted rental prices include the equipment itself for the rental period. Delivery, setup, and breakdown are available as add-on services and are clearly quoted upfront. There are no hidden fees what we quote is what you pay.
Do you deliver to mountain venues and remote areas in Grand County?
Yes! Delivery to mountain venues, rural properties, and remote sites throughout Grand County including Winter Park, Grand Lake, Tabernash, and Kremmling is one of our specialties. We understand the unique logistics of mountain event planning and come prepared for elevation, terrain, and weather variables. Can I pick up rental equipment myself instead of paying for delivery?
Yes, customer pickup is available for smaller orders at our discretion. However, for larger orders involving tents, staging, or significant furniture quantities, professional delivery and setup is strongly recommended for safety and efficiency.

How does the tent sizing work? What size tent do I need?
A general rule of thumb is to allow 8 to 10 square feet per guest for a seated dinner layout, or 6 square feet per guest for a cocktail-style setup. For a seated dinner of 100 guests, a 30×40 ft tent (1,200 sq ft) is typically the minimum. Our team will help you determine the right tent size during your consultation.
What happens if the weather is bad on my event day?
Colorado mountain weather is notoriously unpredictable. That’s exactly why we offer heavy-duty tents, sidewalls, propane heaters, and generators as part of our inventory. We encourage every outdoor event client to plan for weather contingencies our team can advise you on the right combination of equipment to keep your guests comfortable rain or shine.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans change. We offer flexible rescheduling options subject to inventory availability. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event receive a partial refund. Events cancelled within 30 days may be subject to a cancellation fee. Full details are provided in your rental agreement at the time of booking.
